We are so excited to host our first (of hopefully many!) Homecoming Sunday here at Christ United Methodist Church! Perhaps you and your family once called CUMC your home, whether you moved across town, to a new city/state, a new church home, or you are a former staff member or friend of CUMC - wherever you are, we hope you'll come HOME to Christ UMC on Sunday, October 19. during our 10 a.m. worship service.
Expect to hear some uplifting music and hymn singing from our music staff and choir directed by Sarah Holloway, special bluegrass guests Stoney Point who are longtime friends of CUMC, as well as a worship service conducted by current and former clergy.
There will be a free lunch immediately after worship to allow time for us to reunite and visit with each other.
