💵 Price: $118 per person for the dining room or/ $95 for the community table (limited to 15 guests that will sit together - Must call 865-200-4928 for this option)

🔞 Guests must be 21 years of age or older. Alcohol will be served.

Leche de tigre, orange, celery, and lime

3️⃣ Glass Noodles in Bone Broth
Duck, peanut, ramp, and jalapeño

4️⃣ Pork Belly
Papaya, som tum, and shiso

5️⃣ Brown Butter Corn Cookie Ice Cream Sandwich
Blueberry sweet cream, corn flakes, and pistachio
