Drop Into Bliss Sound Bath with Mary Conroy

Come relax as we journey through sound portals. Immerse in healing frequencies as you surrender to a state of bliss. Observe your awareness as your mind and body flow in a stream of high vibrations. Tuning your whole being back into luminous energetic resonance. During the sound bath I invite you to honor the joyous liberation and grounding experience, as you witness the paradox of stillness and motion coalescing through vibrational undulations. Remembering you’re not just a drop in the ocean but the entire ocean in a drop.

I use crystal bowls, sonic gongs, pan-drum, singing, shruti-box, koshi chimes, and more to create a calming and blissful experience.
