We’ll have the live broadcast of the Kentucky Derby playing, so come ready to cheer on your favorite horse. You can place your bets in our friendly Derby pool, with a portion of the proceeds going directly to support humanitarian relief in Ukraine. The rest will go to the lucky winners!
🍹 Mint Juleps for Ukraine
We’ll be serving up classic mint juleps in exchange for donations - sip a Southern favorite while helping a great cause.
👒 Hat Contest – Bring Your Derby Best!
It wouldn’t be Derby Day without fabulous fashion. Show up in your most extravagant hat for a chance to win 1st, 2nd, or 3rd place prizes in our Derby Hat Contest!
🎟️ Raffle for a Cause – Win Unique Gifts!
Everyone who attends will receive one free raffle ticket upon arrival, but why stop there? You can increase your chances of winning by making additional donations to support Ukraine - each donation earns you more tickets!
We’ll be raffling off one-of-a-kind gifts from Ukraine and generous donations from local Knoxville businesses. From handcrafted Ukrainian items to locally sourced treasures, there's something special for everyone.
🍽️ Potluck Supper & BYOB
As always, it’s one of our famous potluck feasts - so bring a dish to share. And it’s BYOB, unless you plan to enjoy mint juleps all evening!
🎶 Music, Culture & Community
Enjoy live performances by local and Ukrainian artists and musicians. Throughout the night, we’ll also share photos and videos that highlight the beauty and resilience of Ukraine.

Funds raised will go to koloHUB, a Knoxville-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit founded in 2022. koloHUB supports individuals and animals affected by the war in Ukraine with medical and humanitarian aid.
