Chuck Staszkiewicz is the Co-Founder of The Opus & Golds Group with his sister Dana, is a service industry pioneer who began his entrepreneurial journey at 17 and established roots in Salt Lake City in 2008, where he founded All Hours Plumbing, Heating, and Cooling from his garage and grew it to $11 million in eight years. When his sister Dana joined in 2020, they orchestrated a meteoric rise to $20 million in under four years, culminating in a landmark double-digit multiples sale in 2023 of a total of three businesses. Beyond his business acumen, Chuck hosts The Catalyst for the Trades podcast and is a passionate advocate for coaching field and office teams, dedicating himself to building thriving company cultures that foster growth and success through the power of positive mindset.
