Asana Atelier : Functional Mobility with Jennifer Beyt Coffin

Play with balance, mobility and creative movement. In this course, we’ll be moving to spark possibility and presence. We’ll be putting the FUN in functional movement as we explore how to embrace our physical realities and learn to move more freely in everyday activities by being reactive, adaptive and nimble.
Develop skills for daily living like squatting down to pick something up, pushing a heavy door, twisting to reach something or falling - yes, falling! We all fall at some point, so let’s develop a well-rounded foundation and confidence that supports our yoga practice and everyday occurences.
