Envoûtant, doux, vibrant et passionné, voilà ce qu’est le Blue Sun Duo. Créé en 2024 par deux musiciens de l’Université de Montréal, le duo offre un amalgame coloré de pièces arrangées et un vaste répertoire passant par le jazz, le blues, le latin, la bossa, et plus encore. Leurs prestations sont des expériences uniques qui nous ramènent à l’époque des années 40-60, naviguant sous les influences de Sarah Vaughan, Anita O’day, Carmen Mcrae, Charlie Parker ainsi qu’Ella Fitzgerald. Depuis sa création, le duo est composé de la vocaliste jazz Marie-Soleil Lambert et de Jean-Félix Lagahe au piano. Le Blue Sun Duo est assurément une source explosive de créativité et d’interaction, transportant les auditeurs dans une ambiance mélodieuse et chaleureuse.
