Join us for a Sound Bath! A 60-minute Sound Bowl Meditation with Liz of Vibrant Zen is the perfect mid-week retreat. This class offers a blend of restorative yoga poses, guided meditation, and the soothing sounds of a sound bath.

Prepare to be transported to a place of deep relaxation and tranquility, surrounded by the calming vibrations of crystal singing bowls and other healing instruments. This unique experience will lead you on a journey of inner peace and balance.

Parking: Drive straight to the back of the property and park in the grass lot to the right. Restrooms in the stable.

Attire: There are no strenuous yoga poses during this session, so please dress comfortably. We recommend wearing warm clothing and layering up as your body temperature might drop a few degrees in stillness.

Please arrive at least 15 minutes early to ensure you have time to get settled in and comfortable.

Bring:
-Yoga mat
-Pillow/Squishmallows
-Blanket
-Eye mask or small towel to cover your eyes (optional)
