Flow into Peace: Healing Through Movement & Sound (Single Class - May 20)

✨ Flow Into Peace is here — an 8-week journey of movement, stillness, and healing. 🌿

This immersive series is designed to help you reconnect with your body, mind, and spirit through the power of mindful movement and restorative sound.

🧘 Each week, you’ll experience:
✔️ A 45-minute gentle yoga class led by a rotating lineup of skilled instructors — each bringing a unique energy and perspective
✔️ A 30-minute deeply relaxing sound bath guided by Liz of Vibrant Zen
✔️ Optional early arrival to enjoy time in nature, herbal offerings from Haven Herb, and intentional community connection

🌿 Starts Tuesday, May 6th – Every Tuesday through June 24th

🕡 Class time: 6:30pm – 7:45pm
