Join us for a soulful yoga experience designed to integrate body, breath, and mind. This all-levels class focuses on fluid movement and mobility through dynamic, flowing sequences. No experience necessary—just come as you are.


Optional Add-On:Elevate your practice with the plant medicine of your choice. A variety of herbal offerings will be available for purchase to deepen your experience.


🧘‍♀️ Please bring a yoga mat and water bottle.

⏰ Arrive at least 10 minutes early to check in and settle in.
