You’ll be held in a soundscape that flows through Earth, Water, Fire, and Air—activating healing, clarity, and deep presence.
After the journey, we open a creative space for reflection and expression. Journal your insights, paint what you felt, write a poem, or simply sit in silence and integrate. All forms of expression are welcome.
