Gunung Arong only (suitable for beginner exploring hiking or trail running)

Gunung Arong + Gorek Bay (familiarisation route for the upcoming race held in August)
Distance: 11km

Itinerary (Subject to changes)

27 July 2025
2am: Depart Newton Food Centre
2.20am: 2nd pick-up point at Woodlands Checkpoint's basement bus bay
5am: Breakfast at prata shop
7am: Meet the guide and start hike
12pm: Ends hike
- Stagger bath
- Light refreshments
12.30pm: Depart for late lunch
2.30pm: Lunch stop
3.30pm: Depart for SG
