Yin Yoga & Sound

This 90-minute practice is a deeply restorative journey designed to help you release tension, quiet the mind, and reconnect with your inner balance. Rooted in stillness, each pose is held for 3–5 minutes, allowing the body to soften, open, and surrender. As you move gently into each posture, the healing resonance of sound supports a profound sense of relaxation, while guiding you to tune into your breath and body.

Integrated with mindful awareness and storytelling, this practice nurtures not only the body but also the mind and heart, creating space for emotional release and energetic alignment.
