🌿 Pincha Mayurasana (Forearm Stand)
🌿 Ganda Bherundasana (Chin Stand)
Whether you’re new to going upside down or looking to refine your practice, this workshop will give you the tools to build strength, stability, and—most importantly—confidence in your inversion journey. You’ll leave feeling supported, empowered, and inspired to turn your perspective upside down.
