Candidates who have not gone through a formal artisan learning program, but possess the relevant years working experience in an trade may be granted access to an trade test, if the completed the following:
1.3 years relevant work experience (letter of confirmation from employer)
2.Older than 19 years old.
3.Can read and write (school certificate)
4.3 x ID copies certified.
