How many times have you stared at labels in the grocery store, wondering which is the healthier option? Is this healthy cereal? Is this bread really whole grain?

Spend one hour with our registered dietitian, Jen Newton, exploring a local grocery store to answer these questions and more. Practice reading food labels, compare costs and evaluate ingredients to make the best food decision for you and your family!
