On Sunday, June 8th, carve out some time in your long weekend to rest and let go. The full moon, just a few days away, is a time to shine the light on what no longer serves and let it go.
Amidst the candles and fairy lights, connect to your gentle breath and the sound of the crystal singing bowls bowls, chimes, drums and more bring you into a peaceful state of rest, release and restore.
A sound bath is a powerful way to bring your mind, body and spirit back into a state of harmony. The frequencies slow down your brain waves, activate feel good hormones and activate the parasympathetic nervous system - taking you out of fight and flight. Gift yourself one hour to let go and surrender to deep rest.
Dress warm and cozy. Please bring a warm blanket, pillow/ cushion and a mat. I also have a few mats available. Let me know if you need them as I only have 6.
