Join us for a powerful, transformative experience designed to help you connect deeply with your divine self through the power of breathwork, meditation and energy healing, bringing harmony to the body, mind and heart through guided conscious breathing.

With each breath, we soothe the nervous system, ease stress and anxiety and create space for emotional and physical healing.

Breath becomes the bridge - calming the mind, replenishing energy and softly releases emotions that may have been quietly held beneath the surface.

When combined with energy healing practices like Reiki, the experience can help clear energetic blockages, restore balance, and amplify healing, promoting flow and energy alignment on all levels - mind, body and spirit.

In our sessions, you are held in a safe and supportive space with focused attention, where you can relax fully, feel deeply, and reconnect with the wisdom within you.

You will leave feeling lighter, more grounded, and more at peace.

Mats, bolsters and blankets are provided but you are welcome to bring your own.
