Imagine wandering the dark lanes of the old town on a guided ghost tour, then stepping into a Georgian townhouse from 1798. Inside, the fire is lit, the table dressed in white linen and silver, and a professional chef serves a three-course period dinner by candlelight.
With only six guests per evening, this is an intimate and unforgettable experience. Your hostess, Mrs Borwick, and her housekeeper Elspeth (in full Georgian costume) will lead you through the evening, ending with storytelling in the antique-furnished drawing room over hot spiced punch.
