You can attend 6 weeks post delivery and it is advised to be cleared to return to exercise by your healthcare provider. If you had a cesarean section, you may have to wait up to 12 weeks post-birth before you can return to exercise. In any case, please chat with your healthcare provider and ask them to approve you for exercise before attending a class & use your own judgement of how you feel.
Please don't be too worried if you think your baby might be unsettled, or chatty during class, it will not bother me and it won't bother those around you, everyone will have a baby there. You can tend to your baby as and when you need, Conifox is a very parent-friendly venue with a parenting room for changing. Please get in touch with any questions.
You are welcome to join the block mid-way through if there is space. Classes are usually organised in 6-week blocks with PAYG available if space permits, you can get in touch to request this.
