LEARNING SCRIMMAGE

LEARNING SCRIMMAGE is meant for anyone who has passed New Skater. We focus on learning the rules and how to play roller derby. The scrimmage is full contact but beginning skaters are 'positional blocking only' so they can experience scrimmage and get used to the track/penalties/etc. We take frequent breaks to discuss the rules and what happened in prior jams.

All skaters are asked to bring a red and a grey T-shirt. Teams will be determined after warm-ups.

Volunteers also welcome to help us with jam timing, penalty box tracking, etc. We will teach you!
