Surrounded by the grounding energy of the harvest season you’ll be invited to release what no longer serves you and open space for clarity intention and inner harmony. This journey offers a powerful reset for body mind and spirit.
No experience necessary — just bring an open heart a yoga mat and blanket and anything you need to feel comfortable.
