Meet up on Sundays at Crestwood Park for 1hr of fitness and connection. We will start with a Full Body warm-up, followed by a Bodyweight/Calesthenics workout, and ending with Cardio Conditioning.
When we do hard things together, we build a community that will hold us accountable.
