Exhibition: Peter Fancy

Peter Fancy: View from the Studio is a collection of works by the late Peter Fancy.

Peter was born in Kirkland Lake in 1932 and spent most of his life in the Haileybury area. His work depicts the colours and themes of the Temiskaming area and includes many wonderful mining scenes as well.
Peter was a prolific writer as well, creating several wonderful books depicting the history of the north.

Stop by the Museum on Saturday, December 6th from 1pm to 3pm for an Opening Reception to view his works. There will be some treats and drinks available. Admission is a coin donation at the door.

This exhibit was made possible through a partnership with the Temiskaming Art Gallery and support from the Fancy family.

It will be on display in the Gallery through to January 24th, 2026.
