Let's discover a new perspective and vision, and embody it through creativity within beautiful and powerful natural formations. Let's become "in-formed" and renewed, freeing ourselves from the victimhood of repeating patterns based on separation.
We will align with the life force expressing in and through us in this very moment: always anew, always so potent and rich, always inviting us to foster our home within it. Together, as a community, we will celebrate what wants to get born within each of us, holding and developing it with our collective intelligence.
WHAT WILL WE EXPLORE?
Presence and embodied awareness
Resourcing and nourishing the nervous system
A day "vision quest": giving yourself time and space to be with what you need to be with right now
Private creative interchange with the cliffs, meadows, and ocean through breath, sound, movement, or work with art materials
(you may want to share some stage of the process with others but you don't need to)
Inspiration from creative impulses, unusual set-ups, tools to choose from, and materials in the Bee Barn workshop
Taking up space and giving space, resting in belonging and claiming yourself as a part of evolving creation
Magnifying each other's experience and discoveries by sharing and shaping them collectively

Katerina Fojtikova, a Czech drama therapist, body therapist, and companion for creative and transformational processes in nature; currently practicing her favorite improv formats at Café Vatnajökull.
