🌕 Full Moon Energy Workshop with Lauren (2 hours)

Join Lauren under the radiant light of the Purnima Chandra, the full moon, as we honour the divine feminine and awaken intuition, tuning in to the soothing energy of Yin.

This 2-hour sacred gathering is a journey inward, guided by cooling practices, gentle asana, meditation, and lunar breathwork. Connecting with the water element, we soften into the body and lean into the parasympathetic nervous system, inviting rest, release, and renewal.

Expect grounded poses and moon salutations to cultivate inner resilience and create space to expand and release. Explore the emotional tides activated by the full moon, offering space for reflection, gratitude, and a deeper connection to the cyclical nature of being.

More about Lauren:
Lauren has recently returned to Kirkcaldy after two years of travelling and living around Southeast Asia and India, sharing the magic of yoga. During her travels, she immersed herself in studying the art of yogic science and deep-dived into philosophy and teaching.
