Guided meditation with sound and reiki

Join me at Deyes in The Community, Deyes High School, Deyes Lane, Maghull for over an hour of deep relaxation. Let my voice, Tibetan bowls and other sounds take you in a journey, balancing and nourishing both mind and body. Also, you have the option to enjoy some reiki healing to enhance your experience. So, bring a blanket, mats and cushions will be provided and I shall look forward to seeing you soon.
