Sunset Paddle Board Yoga!

The Iron Cactus is partnering with Erika and Domenic founders of Rooted Rose Recreation and Wellness for an all-level paddle board yoga class! Boards, anchors, and life vests are provided.

Allow yourself to enjoy a beautiful night surrounded by nature and community. This 90-minute experience is filled with education, empowerment, and relaxation. The group will start class with a "paddle talk" going over all the logistics and questions about getting comfortable on the board, i.e. paddle length, anchors, and paddle strokes. Then on to the water you go where you will anchor down and experience a 60-minute yoga class meant for having fun, connecting with nature, and trying new things.

Arriving to class at least 15 minutes prior is encouraged.

Events are non-refundable. You are always welcome to gift it to someone should you not be able to attend.
