Join us for a unique, soul-soothing experience on the peaceful waters of Greenwood Pond in Kingston, NH. This Paddle Board Sound Meditation invites you to simply lay back, float, and receive — no experience required.

We’ll anchor our boards and bathe in the healing sounds of crystal bowls, chimes, and other meditative instruments as the water gently rocks you into deep relaxation.

Whether you're brand new or a seasoned meditator, this event is open to all. You don’t need to know how to paddle — just bring an open heart and a willingness to slow down.
