Johanna Rose is a New Orleans-based singer, songwriter, upright bassist, and street performer making music that lives somewhere between jazz and the gutter. Her sound — smoky, sultry, sometimes chaotic — walks the line between beauty and grit. With vocals that can cut or soothe, and bass lines that feel like heartbeat and tension at once, Rose builds songs that don’t ask permission. It’s jazz with a crooked grin — rooted in tradition, but not staying there.

Average Joey is a traveling songwriter and musician hailing from Pennsylvania. He now lives full time on the road on tour with his genre defying mix of cheeky country tunes, storytelling folk songs and punk banjo. With an emphasis on lyricism, his songs mix the vulnerability of personal reflection with the political commentary of speaking truth to power. Average Joey's live show mixes musical performance, spoken word poetry, and acapella style group singing to engage the audience with variety of instrumentation and presentation. His lyrics and poems offer dark humor, blunt honesty, and image driven word play. His songs invite us to laugh at the absurdities of our world and challenge folks to envision a better future and start building it together
