GeCo High Tea 2025

Seniors Week and National Carers Week will run from Monday 13 to Sunday 19 October 2025. It celebrates older Tasmanians and recognises the contributions they make to our communities, and is also a time to recognise, celebrate and raise awareness about the 2.65 million Australians who provide care and support to a family member or friend.
We're delighted to invite our community members to a celebration of our Seniors and our Carers, a High Tea, at the Geeveston Community Centre. We will have service providers around for everyone to talk to, plenty of cakes and finger sandwiches, and perhaps a bit of music? How very nice!!
Tickets are free but you must register so we can cater appropriately. There will be a prize for the best hat, so break out those fascinators and head-dresses! Silly hats, fabulous hats, hats that you wouldn't normally see down at the IGA - anything is welcome, get creative!
