First Responder Spouse Support Group

You’re not alone.
Being the spouse of a first responder comes with unique challenges—long shifts, worry, stress, and the weight of holding it all together at home. This group offers a safe, compassionate space to connect with others who understand your experience.

Led by someone who gets it.
Marybeth Sheehan is a first responder wife, daughter, sister, and granddaughter of firefighters. She knows first-hand how this lifestyle affects the whole family. As the founder of Nourish Collaborative, a holistic mental health wellness center in Kingston, she and her staff are now bringing dedicated support to first responder families. Tammy Murray Is a certified first responder treatment provider who works first hand providing therapy for first responders amd theirs families.

What to Expect:
• Monthly group sessions in a private, welcoming setting
• Honest conversation, emotional support, and tools for resilience
• A focus on connection, stress relief, and whole-family wellness, with opportunities to learn mindful and holistic ways to heal.
