The Chicago Cocktail
St Remy VSOP Shaken with Curacao and a dab of a house made Luxardo reduction. Topped with a Splash of Ferrari Brut.
Paired With

Fog Cutter Seafood. Lobster, scallops & shrimp with garden vegetables, pineapple & cherries flambeed with white & dark rum, orgeat and lobster stock. Served with basmati rice in a pineapple wedge.
Course II
Chez Quis aka White Lady
Bar Hill Gin shaken with fresh lemon juice, Cointreau, egg white and a dash of Meil.
Paired With
“Abe Froman. The sausage king of Chicago”
Saucisse De Toulouse a l’Orange. Our version of the classic French sausage, Saucisse De Toulouse, made in the city of Toulouse is a house made pork sausage flavored with fresh herbs, garlic and onion. Served with confit potatoes, haricot verts and a sauce bigarade. Finished with a candied orange wheel.
Course III
Gluhwein
Don Miquel Gascon Infused with Swiss almonds, vanilla, ginger and lemon zest.
Paired With
“Danke Schoen darling, Danke Schoen”
Chicken Wiener Schnitzel & Spaetzle. Crispy chicken cutlet served with house made herb spaetzle, pickled cabbage and grilled
lemon. Finished with classic mushroom demi-glace.
Course IV
Baskin Robins Chicago style
Shanky’s Whip, Kirsch, What’s the scoop chocolate ice all spun with maraschino cherries and served in flute. Topped with a sweet cream.
Paired With
“Want a gummy bear? It’s been in my pocket, they’re real warm and soft”
All the Gummy Bears. A quenelle of orange gummy bear mousse served on yellow gummy bear cake sand. Topped with
a blue gummy bear tuille. Garnished with a trio of sauces, green gummy bear and mint sauce, red gummy bear and burgundy sauce and clear gummy bear and prosecco sauce. Finished with whipped cream.
