Biofield Tuning Group Sessions– Event Overview
Biofield tuning supports deep relaxation and energetic realignment. Tuning the Biofield gives people greater clarity, deep inner connection, perspective shifts, reduced tension, better sleep, reduced anxiety, pain relief, and much more .
During the session, you’ll simply lie back and allow the sound vibrations of tuning forks to gently interact with your energy field. These sonic inputs help release areas of stored tension, bringing your biofield into greater harmony and balance.
Biofield Tuning has been shown to nurture a deeper connection with natures flow, reduce inner and outer conflict, and invite a greater sense of peace and joy into your life.
Session Details:
Session Dates: July 26th, August 16th and 30th
Time: 9:30am - 10:30am
What to bring: A yoga mat, blanket, cushion, and a water bottle—whatever you need to feel comfortable lying down.
Hydration: Please come well-hydrated, as it supports the process.
Location: The Health Oasis, upstairs in the studio. Street parking available. Do not park in the parking lots outside the building as these are reserved.
Timing: The door opens at 9:30 AM and lock at 9:40 AM for a prompt start.
Duration: The tuning session runs for 40 minutes, followed by a 10-minute integration/check-in period. We finish at 10:30 AM.
