Join us for this interactive session with a physiotherapist guest speaker presenting to us about back care during pregnancy and breastfeeding*.
Find us in the Art Lounge (Hall) at West Winds
There will be time and opportunity to speak one-to-one with a breastfeeding counsellor, should you wish.

Find us in the Sunshine Room at the Howrah Community Centre - look for the signs pointing the way to ABA. Tea and coffee (dairy milk) and a light morning tea is provided. There is a secure outdoor play area for toddlers and other children.
There is also the opportunity to speak one-to-one with a breastfeeding counsellor should you need.
