Xmas Sunrise Session at the Beach

Join me for a sunrise flow at Blackmans Bay beach to celebrate the Christmas season and the end of 2025. We will salute the sun in silence as it rises over the water and finish in meditation, a magical practice that was enjoyed by many this time last year! And if you are keen to bring your bathers, some of us will head into the water for a refreshing cold dip afterwards. So bring a friend, plenty of layers and your mat, and we will share one last special session of the year.
