Two Tones Beyond

Two Tones Beyond perform retro first wave ska and second wave two tone along with a few bluebeat, reggae and dub rarities. The core of the band formed in the 90s and produced their own eclectic mix of dub, ska, surf and funk. They wrote and recorded several albums worth of original material, regularly played the London circuit and received airplay on Xfm and several underground online stations before branching into a variety of cross genre projects as musicians and DJs. Two Tones Beyond were formed from the core of this band, recruiting some quality brass players in addition. They specialise in authentic ska cover versions as they like nothing more than to bust out a ska classic - guaranteed to get the crowd skanking!
