LEEF Summer Social + Reading Group

6-7pm : LEEF Reading Group session - open to all members and friends. This time, the discussion piece is the hot-off-the-press report from the "Raising the Nation" Play Commission: Everything to Play For: A Plan to Ensure Every Child in England Can Play. If you don't have time for the full report, read the digest here, from the Centre for Young Lives. All will be summarised at the start of the session! What role can environmental educators play in the revival of play in England? In what different ways can we incorporate play into our offer? (Not just Forest School!) How can we effectively use play in the service of academic learning? How can we influence others?

7-10pm: LEEF Summer Social - open to all members and friends. Relax and chat with fellow environmental educators over nibbles and drinks in this beautiful woodland spot. You've earned it!
