Tuesday Afternoons @Riverside Harrison Park

This is a really special meeting that offers a big feelgood factor for all. Riverside Harrison Park is assisted accommodation for over 18s and it is a self contained community within our wider one.

We have been welcomed to come into their lovely complex (complete with buffet style restaurant and even a hair dressers which is open to everyone) to join the residents for an hour of silent reading together with quiet, low pressure, company.

The chance to bring our community to another one I’m really looking forward to. Our book club truly is open to everyone and the more inclusive it is the better.

ACCESSIBILITY
The building is designed to be as easy as possible for the residents to move around. Power assisted doors, multi level seating and tables. Wide doors and corridors and accessible toilet facilities.

MEETING DISCLAIMER
All our venues are open to the paying public when meetings take place so this may mean other customers may be taking up seats or -horror of horrors- making noise! This is something out of our control and most likely will not affect your experience too much.

Please be aware when you attend any of our meetings seating is on a ‘first come, first served” basis and there’s a chance there may not be any available seats for you. Every effort will be made to make sure everyone can join in where possible and it’s unlikely to happen but only fair to point out.
