Tree Tots and Babies

Tree Babies and Tots is a nature-based group run by Phoenix Wellbeing. These relaxed sessions focus on the mental health and wellbeing of parents and carers with babies and young children.

Come along to share mindful, nature-based activities with your children. Grab a warm drink and chat with other adults. Or take some time to consider your own needs and the importance of self-care.

Sessions will take place 10am-11am on the following dates:
