Brilliant qe got to see gladiator demos inside. Outside demos too. Learnt about weaving and Roman food and found everyone peasant and willing to talk despite the weather. Thanks to all concerned.

Varied stalls to suit all pockets and enjoyed the festive singers. Unfortunately the weather was appalling but everyone was in good spirits despite it. Would definitely go again.

Not helped by weather, few less “Soldiers” than we expected from pre event info. Not enough going on outside but pottery events inside museum were great, kids really enjoyed that. Also pottery experts, with pots etc in outside tent were really informative and interesting.
