Caring for a child or young person with complex needs can be incredibly isolating, but you don’t have to do it alone.

This relaxed evening is a chance to share free pizza, meet other families who truly understand, and take a breath in a space made just for you.

If it’s your first time, please don’t worry — you’ll be welcomed with open arms. There’s no pressure to talk, and no judgment. Just real, honest conversation with people who get it.

We’re here to listen, support, and help you navigate the systems that can feel overwhelming — from diagnosis to education, health and beyond. We’ll talk about the hard stuff, too — trauma, exhaustion, grief, and hope — because your voice matters and your experience is valid.
