This workshop is designed for absolute beginners, so even if you have never picked up a hook, you can start here.
Spaces are limited to keep the group small and make sure everyone time to understand the skills being demonstrated.
The workshop will cover:
Easy guide to hooks and starter yarns
How to hold your hook and yarn
Crochet terms (English & American)
How to follow a basic pattern
Counting stitches, rows and using stitch markers
Stitches covered:
Chain, double, treble
Once you have completed this course you will have the skills to make a simple scarf or a blanket (with practice!)

Materials will be provided for use in the workshop, but you are welcome to bring your own hooks and yarn. If you would like to go home with the kit, that includes, hooks, yarn, instruction leaflet and stitch markers, these are £29 and INCLUDES the cost of the workshop.
