Reiki Level 1 Course and Attunement

I will be offering a Reiki Level 1 course and Attunement on Monday 15th September 2025, 10 - 5pm at Kingston Blount Village Hall near Chinnor. It is for anyone who is interested in being attuned to Reiki, so you can channel it through your own hands and use it to self heal or on your friends and family.

You will learn the history of Reiki, the traditional Usui techniques and symbols. Along with the chakra and endocrine system, learning to recognise physical and emotional imbalances and how to treat them.

The course includes many techniques to ground, clear and protect your energy and others. With guided meditations to meet your reiki guides before the opportunity for hands on practice.

The attunement will be passed during a sacred ritual which will raise your vibration and activate your chakras, enabling you to channel Reiki, universal life force energy and use it to assist in healing yourself and others.

You will leave with a Reiki Level 1 Certification and Manual.
