Thursday Evening Workout - FiA @ FunFest

Join us for a free outdoor workout at Centennial Park!

If you’ve never been to a FiA workout, we are a fun, supportive group of women of all ages, abilities, and backgrounds who show up to work out together. You don’t have to know how to do anything, just show up! We will lead you through a routine that you can modify up or down as you need. If you have some free weights (of your choice) and a yoga mat please bring them, otherwise we will have extras you can use. Don’t forget a water bottle 😎

Whether you already work out regularly, or you want to just start moving your body, there’s a place for you at FiA. We would LOVE to see some new faces so give us a try and come hang out with us!
