Breakfast & Backroads: Blue Ridge Parkway Fall Foliage

We head straight to the Blue Ridge Parkway as early in the AM as possible to beat the crowds for a nice scenic fall foliage run! If we get lucky the trees should be at peak or near peak foliage as we drive what is infamously known as the "Best Part of the BRP" between Asheville and Cherokee. This includes the highest point on the parkway and the "best view" on the parkway sprinkled with some tunnels and other scenery. As this is all a big gamble, it is only fitting we wrap this run up with lunch at Harrah's Cherokee Casino Gordon Ramsay Food Court!

We won't hit any crazy twisties on the way out, but on the way home who knows.....
