Yoga for Relaxation combines yoga, breathwork, guided meditation, and mantra to bring calm and positivity to your week.
This class is rooted in traditional Indian Hatha yoga and is designed to support your physical, emotional, and spiritual wellness.

We have the lights nice and low (although you can see me obvs!) so no need to feel self-conscious.
I use aromatherapy in class to promote a greater sense of wellbeing.

Class numbers are limited and spaces are offered on a first-come-first-served basis
Cancellations are not permitted for this event
You can reschedule your class up to 48hrs before your booking
Transfer will not be possible after this time
