Rex has over 25 years experience teaching Yoga and working as Therapist specialising in rehab, Muscular Skeletal and Soft Tissue injuries such a neck shoulder and back pain. Rex's classes a a mixture of gentle Stretches, Mobilisation, Breathe Work and Mindfulness. To leave you feeling relaxed, revitalised and pain free. Suitable for beginners that want to try a relaxed friendly class.
