Yoga Retreat Day 'A Journey Through The Heart Chakra' with Sound Bath

The Sanskrit word for the Heart Chakra is Anahata which translates to unstruck sound, a sound that does not come from to objects colliding. Therefore it is only fitting that this retreat day will be based on Unconditional Love, Compassion, Empathy, Forgiveness & ends with an incredible Sound Bath by Melisa from the Sound Sanctuary. We will create a day, a sanctuary where we can take refuge in the Heart Chakra to find Self love & Acceptance for our selves and others. The day will be curated around this theme and will include a gentle Yoga Practice in the morning ending with a deep restorative Yoga Nidra, Lunch will be served by Coriander & Lime. In the afternoon we will explore the Heart Chakra and end with a Soothing Healing Sound Bath.
The day including lunch & Sound Bath will be £55 Early Bird and £60 after.
The sound bath is not suitable with anyone suffering from: Epilepsy, in 1st trimester of pregnancy, managing sever mental health condition or severe sleep apnoea.
