Weekend at the Shore in Paintings

For kids entering Kindergarten & 1st grade: During this class, children will listen to the story of a man visiting a riverbank and seashore for his weekend holiday. While "accompanying" the main character, children will be introduced to famous artwork by Cassatt, Gauguin, Glackens, and Seurat. They will play a game, then make crafts inspired by the story and the paintings they explored!
